Hi All

I know that I am asking a bike question on a running website.....however, since I am an injured runner in need of some cardio work I thought that I would take advantage of the intelligence on this website.

I have a stress fracture in my 3rd metatarsal that is taking a while to heal. I am riding my bike (using the heel, rather than the forefoot of my injured foot on the pedal) and am enjoying time on my mountain bike. I would love a bit of off-road variety and am hoping that CR's may be able to point me into the direction of some good off-road tracks in/near Sydney (I am not a fan of riding on the road). If anyone can suggest some rides or suggest a website with info., that would be tops.

Thanks everyone
chonky
