During a bikeride this morning, i forgot i was in the cleats and fell on the side of my bumb . . . just a little sore on the right side...

This afternoon though i have noticed a pain at the tip of the hamstring, located behind the groin . . the area is hard to explain in words . . . but there's a picture below.

The green dot is where i am experiencing pain . . .

Any idea to what might happened ???
