I am just finished my first marathon 3hr 50. i have just signed in for the half ironman with no swim or cycle training.

I ham going to do 4 rides a week and 3 runs and 3 swims building the distance up over the next 3 weeks to just over race distance and then taper off.

any suggestions or tips i am aiming for just sub 6hrs.

I am sure there are others doing it i have rested for this week with only a couple light swim,cycle and runs, what are you all doing from between know and then
