BTW A man, his wife and bike box got on a train at East Hills, Sydney, NSW the other week. He would of been over 55 probaly. They were going to International Airport to go to NZ.

His wife was very proud and told me he was doing an Ironman Triathlon in NZ. The husband looked very fit. I hope he did well.
