Mister G
Hey,

Looking for a set of roofracks that will hold both a kayak and road bike simultaneously, fitting a medium sized sedan. Any particular model that is recommended, or anything I should particlarly bear in mind?

Cheers.
miners
how come there aren't more good questions like that over here?

Cheers mate - hope you don't mind if I pinch the answers you get

(for my benefit, if the recommendation just happens to fit a Subaru Liberty, early 2001 model then that'd be great wink.gif

Getting into adventure races in a big way then Mr G? I'm looking to do a couple of them at some point. I won't need the kayak at this stage but will also steal any answers that come along.

Hey all,

I use Rola Roof Racks, and have Rhino Sportz cradles for my kayak...they're great! There are different styles of the brands to suit different cars. So if you get the Rhino Sportz cradles you want to ensure you get the ones that suit Rola Roof Racks. I've been using them for years. You can get some attachment thingy for the bike as well. Any good 4WD store or general car place would sell them.

I was going to suggest the Rola gear too. It's more expensive than most but it's worth the cost, lasts and lasts.

Yellow pages or Google for where ever you are smile.gif
