Nav Dash starts today at the University of WA. For the uninitiated, Nav Dash is a short distance (usually 3-4km) orienteering race - more details at http://www.members.iinet.net.au/~gone4run/

You don't need any orienteering experience, the courses are all held at 'safe' venues like schools and unis in the metro area. You may find it takes a little while for your navigation speed to catch up with your running speed, but after a couple of events you should be more comfortable and able to match it with the experts.

All races are held at around 2pm on Saturdays, and are suitable for all ages and running ability. Groups, families, etc welcome.
