Hi dangaa...Welcome to CR

Have a look at a book called 'Triathlon Training' by Michael Finch. Its a good read and will give you lots of training ideas. There are several training programs in the book from sprint distance to Full Ironman. Your local library may have it, save you buying it. There are many good books on triathlons so keep reading and asking questions. I'm sure experienced triathlon people on CR will give you great advice.

Good luck with it.

Is there are tri training squad or club near you? That's a great way to improve. I joined a Saturday morning group a few months ago and love it. We do maybe an hour of swimming, then some mini tri's (sometimes done in succession) and then swim/runs etc. Great fun with a group.

Bricks. Run off the bike. Even some swim/runs if you have a place to do them. Practice transitions. That sort of stuff!
